Dukagjin has been working in web development and Google Workspace (G Suite) since 2006. He worked as an ICT and Digital Marketing Consultant for more than 6 years for the largest European Union educational projects – YCS Kosovo, and 2 years in network design projects for major telecom operators worldwide such as AT&T, MTS, Cox Communications, and Time Warner Cable. He is a Master of Science in Software Engineering and Telecommunications graduate from The University of Sheffield. He recently got an Executive MBA with Merit at the University of Sheffield as well. Apart from an academic background and industry experience, he holds several IT professional certificates such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead ISMS, Window Servers, and SEO. He is eager to learn and adapt contemporary management and leadership styles to motivate and co-operate with his co-workers as well as collaborate with strategic partners such as Google and Microsoft.

Fesal Baxhaku is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Sheffield, Department of Computer Science. He works as a lecturer at the faculty of Computer Science at the University of Prizren and trainer in Abacus Group. Previous experience includes: Teaching assistant at Faculty of Maths and Natural sciences at the University of Pristina and has several years of experience as a software developer at local companies. Currently, he is responsible for Software Architecture constantly implementing code, reviewing it, and ensuring the quality of the Software Design by avoiding complexity, and ensuring scalability of the applications.

Sefer is detailed oriented Software Engineer with 13 years of experience in Software Development,starting back in 2005 as Junior Software Developer, he developed his career path by working for different software development companies as a Software Developer. Currently, he is involved in PROPER ICT projects as Software Engineer Consultant crafting High-Quality Software. Core skills of Sefer are .NET Core,ASP.NET Core, Android, jQuery, and AngularJS.

Egzon is a versatile Web Developer specializing in both Front-End and Back-End Development. He builds robust, responsive, and dynamic websites using a modern tech stack that includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress. Egzon is currently contributing to various PROPER-ICT projects, where he writes clean code, optimizes performance, and customizes WordPress themes and plugins to meet client needs. With a sharp eye for design and detail, Egzon ensures every website is not only functional but also visually compelling. Known for his strong problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn, and dedication to growth, he constantly pushes himself to stay ahead in the ever-evolving web development landscape.

Taulant is a Computer Science graduate with more than 5 years of experience in Software Engineering. His working experience includes working with a major global fintech company. He is the lead developer of Ora, a timetable scheduler software dedicated to high/elementary schools in Kosovo. His area of expertise goes across the full stack and with a vast knowledge of technologies making him cut for team leadership. Major technologies he is involved in include: ASP Net Core, Node js, React js, Azure Cloud, Firebase (Google Cloud). He is interested in Software Architecture, designing robust and scalable systems with teams that can deliver.

Experienced Human Resource professional with a demonstrated history of working primarily in the private sector in Kosovo. Skilled in Recruitment, HR Management, HR Consulting, HR Strategic Planning, Talent Management and Employability skills. Strong human resources professional with a Master’s Degree in Business Studies with a specialization in Human Resource Management – Organizational Behavior from the University of Amsterdam. Also experienced in offering coaching sessions and personal ‘Employability skills’ and ‘Career’ training sessions to young professionals and executives with a high rate of success.

Artan is an unexceptional Sales Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. He has extraordinary communication skills, analytical skills, and his decision-making abilities are his core values. He is responsible for our strategic planning, and marketing strategy, and after-sales management. Apart from marketing specialties, he has an academic background in information technology along with several years of experience in the IT industry.

Admir is Data Evangelist with several years in Data Industry. When it comes to Data Services requirements,this is where Admir comes in with his unforeseen expertise. He is very keen, dedicated to help our clients and always finding a way to fulfill our customer needs. Admir is that kind of Python expert that never says “This is not possible”.

Brahim is an experienced Java Software Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry.
